Alliance Palace

Alliance Palace is an aparthotel on Batumi’s Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, close to the Black Sea waterfront and Batumi Boulevard. Its accommodation is arranged as modern studios and apartments rather than conventional hotel rooms, with categories ranging from compact studios to one-bedroom and family suites. Many units include private kitchens or kitchenettes, washing machines, dining areas and balconies, with views extending toward the sea, city or surrounding mountains. The property combines the independence of apartment living with hotel-style support, including reception, housekeeping, breakfast, meeting rooms, massage services, laundry and assistance with transfers or city tours. The atmosphere is practical and contemporary, suited to beach stays, longer visits and travellers who prefer more space and basic self-catering facilities in a central Batumi setting.
