Aman Dubai

Planned for Dubai’s Jumeirah 2, Aman Dubai is conceived as a coastal urban retreat combining an all-suite Aman hotel, a private club and a limited collection of Aman Residences. The destination will occupy a landscaped nine-acre peninsula with a private stretch of white-sand beach, views across the Arabian Gulf and sightlines toward Dubai’s skyline. Its design is intended to bring Aman’s quiet, residential sense of space into a distinctly urban setting, with gardens and secluded outdoor areas providing distance from the city’s pace. Facilities are expected to include an Aman Spa and Wellness Centre, tennis and padel courts, several dining venues and the private Aman Club. The project is scheduled for 2027 and should appeal to travellers looking for privacy, generous proportions and a slower coastal rhythm while remaining close to Dubai’s cultural, retail and business districts.
