Aventora

Aventora is a planned coastal resort in Baía Formosa, on Brazil’s Rio Grande do Norte coast, where a long Atlantic shoreline meets dunes, mangroves, coconut palms and the wind-driven sports culture of the region. Scheduled to open in 2028, the property is expected to include 50 guest rooms alongside 28 branded residences, with an accommodation concept shaped by privacy, natural materials and close contact with the landscape. Its planned facilities include destination dining, a dedicated spa, fitness and wellness studios, a kids’ club and a curated library. Guests will also have access to activities such as kitesurfing, surfing, kayaking and paddleboarding, making the resort suited to travellers who want a quieter alternative to Brazil’s busier beach destinations. Minor Hotels will manage the hospitality operation through its Minor Reserve Collection, while the wider setting remains the main attraction: open coast, tropical vegetation and a slower rhythm defined by light, tide and wind.
