Capella Residences Seoul Club
Seoul, South Korea · Capella Residences · October 2025
Capella Residences Seoul Club is planned as a branded residential club in Hannam-dong, within Seoul’s Heonin Maeul forest sanctuary, where the setting feels more secluded retreat than city address. The project is presented as a Capella residence rather than a conventional hotel, with design by French house Liaigre and a clubhouse concept shaped around Capella’s Living Room, social spaces, wellness-focused amenities, and private-service rhythm. Dining venues are part of the appeal, including The Dining Room by Hulotte and a roof terrace concept. The tone is residential and discreet, aimed at owners and long-stay guests who want Capella’s service style in a quieter, more architectural environment.
