Dune House Hotel & Spa is an independent beachfront retreat on the Atlantic Beach shoreline, at the meeting point of Atlantic and Neptune Beaches near Jacksonville. Formerly One Ocean Resort & Spa, the 193-room property entered its new chapter in March 2026 with refreshed rooms and suites shaped by vintage Florida surf culture, sea-glass tones and sun-bleached natural materials. Many accommodations look toward the Atlantic, while the beach, pool and spa create an easy rhythm for days that do not need much planning. Coastal Farmer, the hotel’s signature restaurant, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a menu built around seafood and farm-raised ingredients.
