Eha Retreat

Eha Retreat is a forthcoming adults-focused wellness destination on Hiiumaa, Estonia’s quiet island in the Baltic Sea. Set among coastal woodland near Õngu, the retreat is designed around the island’s seasonal rhythms, with accommodation spread across eight suites in the main house and three private forest houses. Interiors combine restrained Nordic and Baltic materials with views of trees, sky and sea, while the wider experience centres on slow travel, nature immersion and personal restoration. Guests can expect a thermal suite with saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges and hydrotherapy, alongside movement sessions, forest walks, foraging, gardening and reflective practices. The retreat’s culinary approach is tied to seasonal produce and an organic kitchen garden. Reservations are being accepted for stays from November 2026, offering a deliberately intimate alternative to the conventional spa hotel.
