Faubourg 21
Bruxelles, Belgium · The Leading Hotels of the World · June 2025

Faubourg 21 is an intimate 20-room hotel in Brussels’ historic upper town, a short walk from the Royal Palace, Place Royale and the Sablon galleries. Set across restored 19th-century townhouses on Avenue Marnix, the property combines preserved period details—mouldings, woodwork and a grand staircase—with contemporary interiors by Maison Sarah Lavoine. Accommodation ranges from rooms and suites to duplex-style residences, with some looking onto the inner garden, terrace or Brussels rooftops. Dining is central to the address, with the Chaga gastronomic restaurant, the daytime Bistra Noisette and the low-lit Bar 21. A small wellness area in the former kitchens and a fully equipped fitness room add useful breathing space after a day in the city.
