Hotel Knopp
Novska, Croatia · Independent · October 2025

Hotel Knopp is a small four-star heritage hotel in the centre of Novska, a town in western Slavonia where the restored historic building carries more than a century of local memory. Its 12 rooms take their names and design cues from the town’s past while offering the practical comforts expected by modern travellers, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, minibar, Smart TV, tea and coffee facilities, and private bathrooms. Dining is central to the experience. Restaurant Emilija interprets traditional Slavonian and frontier cuisine through seasonal ingredients, while Bar Božur serves coffee, regional raspberry cordial and cocktails in a relaxed setting. A garden, terrace, complimentary parking and a calm, personal scale make the hotel a useful base for exploring Novska, nearby cultural sites and the landscapes of Lonjsko Polje.
