Hotel Riu Palace Mexico

Hotel Riu Palace Mexico occupies a beachfront setting in Playacar, on the Caribbean coast at Playa del Carmen. Following a comprehensive refurbishment completed for its September 2026 reopening, the resort presents an adults-only, 24-hour all-inclusive format with 434 rooms arranged around a relaxed tropical setting. Accommodation includes junior suites, garden-view options and Elite Club categories, with selected rooms offering swim-up access. Guests have access to five swimming pools, a new spa, fitness activities, beach loungers, complimentary Wi-Fi and RIU Party entertainment. The Elite Club service adds a more private layer, including upgraded rooms, a dedicated pool and an exclusive restaurant. The overall atmosphere is polished but straightforward: a large resort designed for beach time, pool days and an easy all-inclusive rhythm, with Playa del Carmen close by for guests wanting a change of scene.
