Janu Dubai

Janu Dubai is a forthcoming 150-room hotel and residences project in Dubai International Financial Centre, placing guests in a district shaped by galleries, restaurants, business life and late-night energy. The building, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, is planned to look across the landscaped grounds of Zabeel Palace Gardens toward the Burj Khalifa. Janu is Aman Group’s more sociable hotel brand, with an approach centred on design, dining, wellbeing and shared spaces rather than hushed formality. Plans for the mixed-use address include hotel accommodation, branded residences, food-and-beverage venues, event areas, a wellness and fitness centre, and the first Janu Club, a private members’ club. It is intended as an urban base for travellers who want Dubai’s cultural and commercial pulse close at hand.
