Lapland Glow Chalets

Lapland Glow Chalets is a small adults-only retreat in Ollerovaara, around 9 kilometres from central Rovaniemi and close to the Arctic Circle. Set among quiet Lapland forests, the property offers 20 private chalets designed for two guests, with north-facing panoramic windows aimed at the night sky. The accommodation ranges from compact 20-square-metre Glow Chalets to larger 29-square-metre Glow Spa Chalets with private Finnish saunas; selected units also include outdoor jacuzzis. Interiors combine warm Nordic materials with kitchenettes, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and a softly illuminated ceiling that echoes the colours of the aurora when clouds get in the way. Breakfast is delivered to each chalet rather than served in an on-site restaurant. The atmosphere is private, calm and deliberately remote, while husky, reindeer, snowmobile and northern-lights experiences can be arranged from the resort.
