Maison Le Chevreuil is a small, restored village hotel in the heart of Meursault, one of Burgundy’s best-known wine destinations on the Côte de Beaune. The house reopened in September 2026 after an artisan-led renovation that retained the character of the historic Hôtel du Chevreuil while giving it a quieter, contemporary expression. Its ten rooms use oak furnishings, wine-inspired tones and rounded bathroom forms that echo the region’s cellars and cuveries. At the centre of the property, TERRE brings together a wine bar, seasonal restaurant, two terraces and an outdoor flame kitchen, creating an easy meeting place for travellers, local residents and visiting winemakers. The atmosphere is intimate and informal, with the village square, church and surrounding vineyards shaping the experience as much as the interiors.
