Planned for the edge of Sydney’s CBD, NH Collection Sydney will place guests within easy reach of Hyde Park, Surry Hills, Central Station and the city’s business and cultural districts. The 254-room hotel is being developed as a contemporary urban base, with rooms and suites designed for both leisure and business stays. Its facilities are planned to include flexible event spaces, a fitness centre with infrared saunas, four restaurant and bar concepts, and a rooftop bar intended to bring a broader view of the city into the evening. The atmosphere should be polished but connected to Sydney’s energetic inner-city rhythm, with the surrounding streets offering quick access to cafés, restaurants, transport links and the everyday movement of the CBD. The property is scheduled to open in early 2027.
