Raffles Lake Como

Raffles Lake Como is planned as Raffles’ first address in Italy, set on the western shore of Lake Como in Moltrasio, a short drive or boat ride from the city of Como. The project transforms the former Grand Hotel Imperiale, a 1920s Art Nouveau lakeside property, into a polished resort with the measured service and residential refinement associated with the brand. Its position gives the hotel a direct relationship with the water: terraces, gardens and lake-facing spaces are expected to shape the stay as much as the interiors. Accommodation will combine historic structure with contemporary comfort, aimed at travellers who want a quieter base than the larger lake towns without losing access to villas, ferry routes and Como’s old centre. Dining, bar spaces, wellness facilities, pools and a lakeside club are planned as part of the resort, making it a complete Lake Como retreat rather than simply a place to sleep.
