Santa's Hotel Noelle

Santa’s Hotel Noelle is a planned city-centre hotel in Rovaniemi, opening for the 2026–2027 winter season at Korkalonkatu 32. The property will add 101 rooms in a range of categories, from Superior and Deluxe rooms to Junior Suites and Suites, with balcony accommodation planned on the top floor. A covered pedestrian bridge will connect Noelle with the neighbouring Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus, where guests will have access to breakfast, an à la carte restaurant, bar and lounge, café, conference dining and sauna facilities. The setting is practical and distinctly Arctic: central shops, restaurants and cultural sights are close by, while Ounasvaara, the Kemijoki and Ounasjoki rivers, Santa Claus Village and seasonal outdoor activities are within easy reach. Noelle is designed as a calm base for city breaks, business stays and winter travel.
