Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort
Kobuleti, Georgia · Swissôtel · 2032
Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort is a planned Black Sea beachfront hotel within Kobuleti Beach Resort, a mixed-use development in Kobuleti, Georgia, created by Archi and NEXT. The project is designed around three sail-like buildings and is set to combine a Swissôtel-branded five-star hotel with residences and investment apartments. Plans call for a substantial 3,000-square-metre fitness and spa centre, indoor and outdoor pools, an Italian restaurant, lounge bar, casino, conference facilities and children’s areas. The setting is firmly coastal: the sea is the main character, with the resort conceived as a place for slower beach days, wellness time and gatherings away from the denser pace of nearby Batumi. Current developer information presents the wider development as a future project rather than an operating hotel.
