The Greenleigh
Houston, USA · Autograph Collection · March 2027
The Greenleigh is a planned 299-room hotel in Houston’s River Oaks area, positioned between the Galleria and Upper Kirby in a part of the city where business energy, polished retail and leafy residential streets overlap. Conceived as an urban sanctuary, the property pairs a contemporary hospitality setting with gardens, native planting and interiors designed to feel warm rather than formal. Accommodation will include guestrooms and suites, while the public spaces are set to include the dLeña restaurant, The Trade Room lobby lounge, the Highgrass rooftop venue and the Greenleigh Swim Club. Additional features include a fitness centre, in-room dining, complimentary morning coffee and a house vehicle for short local trips. As an Autograph Collection hotel, it is intended to retain a distinct Houston personality while participating in Marriott Bonvoy. The official hotel site currently lists opening for spring 2027.
