The Initial Sama Serviced Residences

The Initial Sama Serviced Residences sits in Singapore’s Tanglin area, close to the Botanic Gardens and within reach of Orchard Road, giving it a location that works for both slow, green mornings and fast city days. The property is a serviced residence rather than a conventional hotel, with a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments designed for longer stays and self-contained living. Facilities include an outdoor pool, gym, spa and wellness spaces, landscaped gardens, a lounge, meeting space and practical extras such as laundry and shuttle service. The atmosphere is calm and residential, with a heritage building setting and a clear wellness angle that feels more considered than generic.
