The Knox Hotel and Residences

The Knox, Auberge Collection, is a forthcoming urban hotel in Dallas’s Knox Street neighborhood, positioned beside the Katy Trail and close to the boutiques, restaurants, and social life of one of the city’s most walkable districts. The 140-room property will combine residentially styled guest rooms and suites with a collection of private residences, giving the project the feel of a polished city retreat rather than a conventional tower hotel. Dining is central to the experience, with several restaurants and drinking venues planned alongside outdoor lounges and a pool garden with skyline views. Guests will also have access to a wellbeing destination, fitness facilities, event spaces, and the neighborhood itself, where leafy streets and a mix of historic and contemporary architecture provide an easy backdrop for exploring Dallas. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the hotel is scheduled to welcome guests in January 2027.
