Stays center on multi-bedroom villas designed for groups, many with kitchens and a starter set of everyday essentials for kitchen and bath; select homes include private pools with optional heating and, in 6+ bedroom units, a spa (note: spa heat depends on pool heat). The shared amenity hub is anchored by Aqua Bay, with a heated grand pool and heated lazy river, plus slides and a splash playground that are unheated in cooler months.
