ZUHHA by Zaya is a private-island retreat planned just off Dubai, positioned about 12 minutes from Jumeirah by boat and oriented toward city-skyline views and seclusion. The concept blends a boutique resort with a small collection of limited-edition residences, arranged around a sea lagoon and a ring of roughly 2.5 km of beachfront. Accommodation is presented as villa-led, with resort villas set on the ocean’s edge under greenery and a separate set of private residential villas designed to sit close to the water. Dining is described as broad and international, moving from Mediterranean and ceviche to Emirati and Asian influences. A spa and leisure program are part of the offer, with an emphasis on unhurried island time, water-focused activities, and curated experiences in a compact, controlled setting. Construction is reported as underway.
